While most outlets agreed the execution largely worked as advertised, Stadia suffered from the same launch problems as traditional home consoles: a lack of new games. The first generation Pixel from 2016 is no longer supported with software updates, but the Pixel 2, 3, 3a and 4 still enjoy monthly security updates. Stadia Arrives on iOS Devices Stadia, the cloud gaming platform from Google, has landed on iOS. So, if you have an iPhone or an iPad, a Stadia account, and an internet connection, you can now get all your Stadia games. We already knew that Google had an iOS release of Stadia in the pipeline. Now Google Stadia has confirmed the platform’s iOS debut in a tweet, stating that anyone using the service can now access it via Safari iOS....

Now, after three years of being available, Google has announced the closure of its Stadia services. While there were rumors of Stadia being shut down as far back as early 2021, it seemed that more and more people online had been claiming the service wouldn’t live to see the end of 2022. Recently, Google confirmed that Stadia will shut down on January 18, 2023. This means that gamers will no longer be able to access the cloud service at all, but both their hardware and software purchases would be refunded....

This aggressive commentary is both ignorant and cynical. Her story revolves around her time spent in her personal office, the location of which is a matter of public record. That she was scared for her life is a subjective claim and one she should dwell on for as long as she needs. An estimated 70 percent of America’s active duty service members are vaccinated against COVID-19, the minimum threshold needed for herd immunity. Officials are unlikely to put a mandate in place until the vaccine receives full FDA approval, and they’re still in the mindset of strongly encouraging service members to get vaccinated. Massie, a Republican from Kentucky, said on Twitter that he’s heard from several service members and their relatives that they’re firmly against a vaccine requirement....

Katko, a Republican who represents New York’s 24th congressional district, previously struck a deal on a bipartisan commission to investigate the events of January 6, but the proposal failed in the Senate.
